Schedule
- Days
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- CVICU (1 year of experience)
- CVICU experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Education
- BSN or MSN from an accredited school of Nursing
Role Overview
- Provides clinical nursing care in a hospital setting
- Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process
- Works with the interdisciplinary team to support care planning, patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
- Performs bedside point-of-care testing as required
- Participates in unit goals, performance improvement, and research-related practice review
