Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
CT Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of CT Technologist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), or CNCT
Certificate of completion from a radiologic technology program or college diploma in a related field

Perform CT scans for inpatients, outpatients, and Emergency Department patients
Position patients and use immobilization techniques
Perform CT angiography and post-processing tasks such as 3D imaging, MIPS, VR, vessel analysis, and MPR
Follow CT workflow, including patient identification, history review, order verification, image transfer, and documentation
Initiate IVs and administer contrast media per department policy
Monitor patients during procedures and assist with patient transport and transfers
Tailor protocols with the radiologist and document patient history, charges, reactions, and unusual occurrences
