Job Overview
- Specialty: Long Term Care

- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week
Schedule
- Shift: 8-hour day/PM, mostly PM
- Flexibility required
- Weekends: Every other
- Holidays: As needed
- Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- 2 years of rehabilitation experience
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
- Experience in a Long Term Care setting
Experience Preferences
- Long term care experience is highly preferred
- Acute care experience may be accepted in place of long term care if the RN is experienced and has completed 1 contract
Clinical Setting
- Skilled nursing facility
- Experience working in LTC, assisted living, and rehab
Work Expectations
- Float throughout the facility within skillset
- May float to other facilities within a 60-mile radius
- Patient ratio: 1:10 in rehab; 1:24 in LTC/assisted living with CNA assistance
Additional Notes
- Local candidates are accepted
- EPIC experience is preferred
- Black scrubs required
