Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Catheterization Laboratory

Job Details

• Specialty: Catheterization Laboratory (EP Lab and Cath Lab experience preferred)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM), 4 days per week (days variable)
• Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed (except during orientation week or unit closure)
• On Call: One weekday night (7 PM – 7 AM) and one weekend every 3 weeks; must be able to return to hospital within 30 minutes if called in
• Weekend/Holiday: As needed
• Float Requirements: None

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• RCES or RCIS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, with experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
• EP Lab and Cath Lab experience preferred
• EPIC charting experience strongly preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required unless medically or religiously exempt

Experience Requirements

• Minimum specialty experience: Experienced EP RN (implies several years; no exact number specified)
• Prior travel experience: Highly preferred (not explicitly required)
