Job Opportunity: Radiologic Technologist - Interventional Radiology Lab
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Employment Type: Long Term Contract (13 weeks)
Job Description
- Start Date: ASAP
- Specialty: Interventional Radiology Lab
- Modality: IR Tech
- Shift/Hours: 10 days on, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Expected Hours: 40 per week
- On-Call: Yes, including weekends and holidays
- Typical Case Load: 25-30 cases per day
- Common Procedures:
- Y-90 Chemoembolizations
- Cerebral angiograms with thrombectomy and intervention
- Sub-Arachnoid Hemorrhage
- TIPSS
- G-tubes
- UFE
- All vascular access
- PTC
- Renal biopsies
- Liver biopsies
- Equipment Used:
- GE Innova
- Philips Allura
- OEC 9900 C-Arm
- Ultrasound
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Recent experience within the last year in Interventional Radiology
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Additional Information
- Credentialing required by Wednesday prior to Monday start
- Dress Code: Hospital provided
- On-call includes weekends and holidays
