Respiratory Therapist Position

Location: Providence, Rhode Island
Employment Type: Long Term Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Night (36 hours per week, includes weekends and holidays)


Job Description

  • Provide respiratory therapy services for both adult and pediatric patients.
  • Work in Pediatric Emergency Department (ED) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
  • Experience in Level I trauma center, ICU, and pediatric settings preferred.
  • No on-call responsibilities.
  • Dress code: scrubs (any color).
  • Parking available at no cost; night shift parking at main lot without shuttle required.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Rhode Island
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Respiratory Therapist experience
  • Experience working with pediatric patients
  • Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Additional Information

  • No block scheduling.
  • Start date: ASAP.
