Assignment Details

Day shift
36 guaranteed hours per week
5 days a week, about 8 hours per day
Settings are SNF and Home Health, approximately 50/50 and may fluctuate
Occasional coverage may be needed in Hastings or Grand Island for SNF or Home Health

Scheduling / Productivity

Productivity expectation: 80% in SNF and about 6 patients per day in Home Health, or 28 patients per week at 90% productivity if only in Home Health
