Job Description

• Position covers Emergency Room (ER), Acute, and Long-Term Care (LTC) areas in a small critical access hospital with no separate units.
• RN responsibilities include providing backup coverage across all areas when ER is not busy.
• Medication administration and procedures for LTC and acute patients required when assigned to meds.
• Shifts: Six 12-hour shifts totaling 72 hours over a two-week period, with every 3rd weekend off.
• Facility is not latex-free.
• Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for an employee health appointment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Hawaii RN license required by the start of the assignment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department (ED).
• BLS/BCLS certification required.
