Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Night Shift)

Location: Newport, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), rotating weekends
Hours per Week: 36

Unit Description

Medical Surgical unit caring for acutely ill adults and patients requiring emergent or elective surgery.
High standards of professional care provided by RNs and nurse assistants.
Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged and supported.

Required Qualifications

Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license at time of application.
Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS certification.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.

Additional Information

Comprehensive application submissions including skills list, references, relevant licensure/certifications, and resume are highly valued.
Candidates should provide availability for interviews and preferred contact method.
