  • Acute Rehab Unit – 376J
  • 12 beds
  • Patient ratio: 6:1
  • Patient population: 18+

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (1 year of experience)
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • Master's degree

Preferred

  • Open to new grads

Float Scope

  • Float to eval and treat medsurg and ICU patients as needed

Additional Notes

  • Common diagnoses/treatments include strokes, hip fx, debility, TBI, spinal cord injuries, MVAs, Parkinson’s, and MS
  • Royal blue scrubs
  • No blue jeans
