Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPN / LVN license in Texas
  • Skilled Nursing (2 years of experience)
  • Skilled Nursing experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Med Surg experience

Unit Details

  • Patient ratio: 1:7
  • Equipment includes IV pumps, EKG machine, Bari bed, and med dispense
  • Common diagnoses/treatments include stroke, amputation, and major surgeries
