12 beds
Typical staffing includes 5-7 RNs on day shift and 5-6 RNs on night shift
Patient ratio: 4:1

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
CPI
PALS
TNCC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Strong in Neuro and Cardiac
High energy, fast paced

Procedures / Clinical Experience

STEMI
Stroke/TPA
RSI

Additional Notes

Preferred scrub color is royal blue, but it is not required
No competitors emblems
The unit uses a 12-minute door-to-needle TPA goal
