Position Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)

- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: Must be available to start on the 1st or 5th of the month
Unit Information
- Unit: Women’s Health Unit
- Number of Beds: 15
- Patient Ratios: 5-6 patients per nurse
- Staffing: 1 Patient Care Technician (PCT) per shift
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: 4 weekend days per contract (weekend nights are Saturday and Sunday)
- Floating Policy: As needed
- Patient Experience Initiatives: Whiteboards, Bedside Shift Report, Hourly Safety Rounds, Key Words
Required Skills & Experience
- Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (RN)
- Background: Medical/Surgical experience preferred
- Procedures Performed on Unit: Bladder challenges, vaginal packing
- Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Licenses: Valid Registered Nurse License
Additional Information
- Dress Code: Navy Blue uniform required
- Communication: Use of iMobile phones for communication with staff, physicians, and patients
