- Schedule: Block scheduling allowed
- Weekend/Holiday: Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed

Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Tennessee or Multistate RN License
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH (ARC/AHA only)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year required, 2 years preferred
- EMR System: Cerner
- Uniform: Navy scrubs
- Distance: Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
Role Summary
The RN is responsible for providing care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe patient care delivery. The RN maintains clinical competencies through continuing education, delegates patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and supervises assigned personnel delivering patient care.
