Position Details

Shift: Nights (3x12 hour shifts)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None
Float Requirements: Yes, as needed
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Years of Experience Required: 2+ years (specialty)
Prior Travel Experience: Not specified (assumed not required)

Patient Ratios: 4:1
Equipment: Philips bedside monitors
EMR System: EPIC

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with post-cardiovascular surgeries and post-stroke care
Ability to titrate cardiac drips including Nitro, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Esmolol
Experience with Bipap and Airvo devices
Ability to recognize deteriorating patients

Patient Population

Post-op cardiovascular
Neurology and full stroke patients
Respiratory and stepdown ICU patients

Work Environment & Culture

Team-oriented, friendly staff
Dress code: Black scrubs required; hoodies not allowed
