Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice by the State Board of Nursing
• CPR certification
• Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing specialty (higher value between general and specialty experience)

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility
• Direct experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients
• Experience in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or comparable entities

• May be required to work flexible hours and overtime
