Location: Birmingham, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM) with alternating weekends

Job Description

Seeking a Travel Med Surg RN to start ASAP. The position involves working day shifts with alternating weekends.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alabama
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
BLS certification
Experience with Cerner electronic medical records (EMR) system

Additional Information

Position is open due to internal vacancy or leave coverage
Submissions lacking all requirements will be rejected
Auto-offer contingent upon start date and scheduling requests

Notes for Candidates

Be prepared to float to other units if required
Work schedule includes long day shifts with weekend rotation
