Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Unit Information

• Level II trauma hospital with 440 beds
• Includes associated Rehabilitation and Psychiatric services
• Team model includes RN, Social Worker, and Case Management Assistant
• Utilizes Interqual criteria for initial and discharge assessments
• Fast-paced, high acuity units
• Float position covering multiple units
• 8-hour shifts, rotating every other weekend
• Typical shift hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience in an Acute Care setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Utilization Review experience with InterQual criteria
• Experience with MEDITECH system
• De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
