Job Details
- Shift: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
- Weekend Requirement: Every weekend
- Call Requirement: None
- Unit Beds: 65
- Patient Ratios:
- Shock: 2:1
- Core: 4:1
- Psychiatric: 3:1
- Exam: 6:1
- Equipment Used: Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitor, Belmont Rapid Infuser
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience in a large ED, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification

- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volumes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
