Required Qualifications

• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Licensure: Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) License/Certification to work in Tennessee
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an RRT (Respiratory Therapist)
• Skills:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable being the only RT on shift
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Emergency Room (ER) and Critical Care settings
• Professionalism required (professional personality fit)

Additional Information

• Orientation is bi-weekly on Mondays
• Tennessee Abuse Registry check required prior to assignment start
• Dress Code: Scrubs of any color; casual wear is not acceptable
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
