Position Details

• Specialty: Acute Rehab Unit (ARU)

• Number of Openings: 2 Licensed Physical Therapists (LPT)
• Shift: Days
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 32
• Weekend Hours: Rotating coverage
• Call Requirements: None
• Float Requirements: May float between Inpatient and ARU units
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric patients only
• Unit Beds: 10
• EHR Systems: Cerner, NetHealth

Required Qualifications

• License: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Arizona
• Certifications: PTA certification required
• Years of Experience: 2 years (higher end of 1-2 years range)
• Must Have Skills/Experience:

  • Time management
  • Flexibility
  • Team player
• Personality Fit: Adaptable and willing to learn
• Required Education: Per licensure requirements

Work Environment & Dress Code

• Trauma Level: Level III
• Dress Code:

  • Any color scrubs or business casual (slacks and polo)
  • Unacceptable attire includes t-shirts and sweatshirts
