Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Radiology / Cardiology)

Job Description

• Work schedule options:

  • 2 × 12-hour shifts and 2 × 8-hour shifts
  • OR 5 × 8-hour shifts
• Weekend rotation every third weekend
• Flexibility required to fill in on other shifts as needed
• Required to work holidays as needed

Required Experience & Skills

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Equipment experience: Siemens CT scanner
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • AART (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • Ohio State License

Background & Compliance Requirements

• Monthly EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG monitoring
• Education accreditation verification required (AART and state license)
• Pending background check attestation allowed if fingerprint results are pending
• Subcontractors must complete background acknowledgement forms prior to start

• Fraud, Waste, and Abuse training certificate required prior to start and annually

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start confirming good health and free of contagious disease
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine (adult dose after age 11/12)
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year; TB questionnaire required annually
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella): 2 vaccines or positive titer; boosters if low titer
• Hepatitis B: Titer or 3-vaccine series or signed declination
• Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; medical exemption allowed with documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 3 months of start (no pending tests allowed)
• Seasonal flu vaccine or declination during flu season (10/1 - 3/31); mask required if declined
• COVID-19 vaccination not required but strongly recommended

Additional Requirements

• Two professional references required; at least one must be from a manager or formal leader
