Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Orangeburg, South Carolina
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm
- One Cath Lab procedure room
- Pre/post procedure area has 4 bays and is staffed by 2 registered nurses
- Cath Lab team includes 3 full-time nurses
- Occasionally covers STEMI weekends and participates in STEMI call when scheduled during those coverage periods
- On-call required Monday through Saturday
- Does not float between service lines
- Does not float to sister facilities
- First-timers accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Radiation badge required; agency must provide the badge
Preferred
- Epic charting familiarity
Other Notes
- Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis within a 60-mile radius
- Block scheduling may be accommodated with manager approval, depending on unit needs
- Scrubs provided
