Pediatric/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN

Role Overview

• Travel/contract RN role based in Seattle, Washington.
• Supports ground transportation for infants and pediatric patients.
• Works with the transportation team of RT and the advanced practice provider to transport patients from surrounding hospitals, ERs, and L&D/NICU to Swedish First Hill for a higher level of care.

Schedule

• 3x12 nights, 1900-0700
• Every other weekend required
• No call required

Float Scope

• May float as a bedside nurse in NICU, PICU, or Peds units

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Pediatrics (1 year of experience)
• Pediatrics experience within the last year
• Transport experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure

Preferred Qualifications

• Charge nurse experience
