Overview

• Location: Templeton, California
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Hours per week: 36
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in California
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• One year of recent acute care operating room experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic experience preferred

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Current picture identification
• Background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM screening within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG screening within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 90 days of start
• Drug test within 30 days before start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Tdap vaccination within 10 years or positive titer
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation or accepted declination/series as applicable
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption/declination during flu season
• Seasonal COVID-19 booster or facility-specific declination form, if applicable
• 2 clinical references verified within 1 year of start
• Employment application/resume with 7-year work history and gaps included
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Color blind testing
• Medication/pharmacology competency exam
• Competency exam
• Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam
• Conscious sedation competency exam
• Contractor compliance education acknowledgement
• Waiver of benefits acknowledgement
• Confidentiality agreement
• Assignment of intellectual property rights
• Photo for badge
