Required Qualifications

Valid Polysomnographer license in California
Polysomnographer experience within the last year
1 year of Polysomnographer experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation

Health and Compliance Requirements

Physical Exam within 1 year of start
Fit Mask
TB clearance
Tdap within 10 years
Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella immunity or declination as allowed
Hepatitis B documentation or declination as allowed
Drug screen
Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
COVID vaccination documentation or declination
Respirator safety clearance

Additional Notes

Float policy acknowledgment may be required.
