Cellular Therapy Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel/contract position in Indianapolis, Indiana
Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
36 guaranteed hours per week
13-week contract
Ratios: 1:3-4

Schedule

Every 3rd weekend required
Holiday cluster required: 2 major and minor holidays
No call required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
Oncology (2 years of experience)
Oncology experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
ONS/ONCC
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Stem cell transplant experience
Critical care experience
Bone Marrow Transplant experience
Experience with Epic

Required Certifications

ACLS
BLS
Chemotherapy certification
NIH Stroke Certification

Work Setting

May float to oncology or med-surg units
Provides autologous transplant, allogeneic transplant, CAR-T, and TILS treatments
IV chemotherapy is given prior to cellular therapy treatment
