Job Overview

Location: Anniston, Alabama

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Contract length: 8 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Alabama
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate patients for physical therapy
Develop treatment plans and measurable goals
Implement plan of care
Document patient care activities, needs, and assessments
Supervise LPTAs and physical therapy technicians
Coordinate care with other departments and external agencies
Reevaluate patients regularly and adjust care as needed
Provide teaching and guidance to patients, families, and staff
Maintain equipment, supplies, and work area
Provide age-appropriate care across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
