Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in California
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (Rad Fluoro Permit)
Schedule / Work Expectations
- 10 call shifts per month, including weekend shifts
Compliance / Onboarding Requirements
- Proof of W-4 on file
- 7-year criminal background check
- HHS/OIG check
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- N95 fit test within 1 year of start
- Tdap vaccination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunization or titer documentation
- Drug screening within 1 year of start
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Flu vaccination or approved declination, if applicable for the season
- Two satisfactory references
