Overview
- Travel/Contract assignment in Seattle, Washington
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 4x12s, day shift, 7:00–19:30
- Float scope includes Issaquah Campus Postpartum, Edmonds Campus Postpartum, and Labor and Delivery for 2nd hour of recovery
- Weekends: 6 weekend days per contract
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of postpartum experience
- Postpartum experience within the last year
- 2 years of high-acuity postpartum experience
- Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients
- Experience working with High Risk patients
- Magnesium management experience
- Pitocin administration experience
- Foley experience
- Postpartum hemorrhage management experience
- Managing 4 couplets simultaneously
- Substance withdrawal care experience
- Labor and Delivery experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- JADA experience
Unit Details
- Large volume, high census postpartum unit
- High Risk Obstetric patient population
- 4 couplets is standard
