Overview

Travel/contract assignment in Madison, Wisconsin
13-week contract
Day shift, 5x8 hours
Varying shifts: 0700-1530, 0730-1600, with occasional stay-late shifts 1-2 times per week; 0830-1700 call shift
Call: 1 weekday per week (Monday-Thursday) and every 4th to 5th weekend from Friday 1700 to Monday 0700
Scrubs provided

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Wisconsin
Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
ARRT (R) or CCI RCIS
Diagnostic cardiac catheterization experience
Interventional cardiac catheterization experience
ASD closure experience
Cardiac stent placement experience
Adult diagnostic catheterization experience
Interpretation of dysrhythmias
PACS proficiency
Fluoroscopy proficiency
Philips equipment proficiency
Siemens equipment proficiency

Additional Notes

Cath Lab AbioMed Impella Online Training is required for all Cath Lab candidates and must be updated annually
