Overview

• Location: Fishersville, Virginia

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Virginia
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule

• Every other Saturday required
• Sundays off

• Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility

• Government-issued photo ID
• 2 professional references
• Current application/resume
• Skills checklist for the applicable specialty
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Tdap within 10 years or declination
• Negative 10-panel drug test including marijuana; THC is not allowed
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption may be required depending on season
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation as specified by the facility
• Background checks and required state/federal screenings
• Facility-specific forms and acknowledgements must be completed before start
