Overview

• Travel/Contract role
• Location: Dowagiac, Michigan
• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• First-timers accepted
• Local candidates are not accepted; travelers must live at least 50 miles from the facility
• Charting system: Cerner Powerchart

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• 1 year of telemetry experience
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Background check within 90 days of start, covering the last 7 years and all states lived/worked in
• Education verification or copy of diploma/transcript
• Physical exam
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Negative 12-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Michigan fingerprint results cleared before start
• Employment application
• Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
• TB questionnaire
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption prior to start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• Fit mask testing within one year of start
