Outpatient Clinic LVN/LPN

Job Type

• Travel/Contract
• 13 weeks
• Day shift, 5x8 hours
• 40 hours per week

Schedule Notes

• Shift start time ranges from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
• No weekend shifts; closed on weekends and most holidays
• May float when needed, primarily in Arcadia
• No on-call requirement
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated

Required Qualifications

• Valid California LPN/LVN license
• 2 years of clinic experience
• Clinic experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Blood withdrawal/blood draw experience

Preferred

• Epic experience
• In-basket experience

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within 1 year, updated annually
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Drug screen within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccination documentation required for the 2026–27 season
• 2 professional references required, including 1 supervisory reference
• Background check required
• High school diploma/GED verification required
• Highest applicable education verification required
• Must complete lab work within 48 hours of signing the contract
