Job Opportunity: Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse

Location: Auburn, New York
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Hours per Week: 36 (option to work up to 48)
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Job Description

Fast-track offer available for candidates who can start ASAP, have no requested time off (RTO), and meet all clinical requirements.
Floating to other units as needed by the facility.
No blocked scheduling.
Call-off policy allows up to 3 shifts missed during the 13-week assignment.
Candidates requiring RTO after offer will be responsible for shift coverage.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg/Telemetry nursing experience within the past year
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale Certification)
Management of dysrhythmias
Non-invasive airway management
