Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Tech

Location

Charleston, South Carolina

Employment Type

Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
8-10 on-call shifts per month including weekends
Guaranteed hours with allowance for 1 shift call-off every 2 weeks

Job Description

Pediatric Cath Lab Radiology Technician
Preferred experience: Level I Trauma Pediatric Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP)
Required experience: Pediatric/Adult Transplant Right/Left Biopsy, Balloon, Stent, Valve Placement; Interventional Radiology (preferably pediatric)
Number of Cath Lab rooms: 2
First-time travelers accepted
Local candidates considered case-by-case within 60-mile radius

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year
Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, Electrophysiology Technician, and Interventional Radiology Technologist
Certifications issued by the American Heart Association:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
