Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides holistic nursing care to patients across the lifespan, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults. Responsibilities include assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN develops and revises patient care plans, coordinates care among disciplines, delegates activities appropriately, and participates in shared accountability and decision-making to improve nursing practices and the care environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Previous travel or Per Diem nursing experience
