Assignment Notes

• Must be willing to take call
• No schedule accommodations such as block scheduling
• Requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; no more than 5 days of time off will be accepted
• Must work designated holiday blocks if scheduled/needed
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are not considered
• Cannot be working this assignment in conjunction with another permanent placement or travel assignment
• Must have their own vehicle

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
• Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NBSTSA
• Driver's License

Role Overview

• Primarily functions in a scrubbing capacity
• May assist with circulating duties in the surgical suite
• Maintains aseptic technique
• Helps prepare the OR suite
• Uses and maintains specialized equipment and supplies for surgical procedures
