Overview

Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision and direction of a Physical Therapist. The role includes treatment interventions such as manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices.

Long Term Care (LTC)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Oklahoma
• Physical Therapy Assistant (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
• Experience in a Long Term Care or Rehabilitation setting

Preferred

• New grads considered if they have Level II experience, not just Level I observation experience

Additional Notes

• Must be submitted at the posted rate if requested rate is higher, the candidate will be redirected
• Must have active OT license at time of submission
