Job Opportunity: Operating Room RN

Location: Providence, Rhode Island
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Schedule: Days only, 40 hours/week (either 8x5 or 4x10 shifts)
Home Unit: Operating Room
EMR System: EPIC

Job Description

Seeking experienced RNs for Operating Room roles with skills in circulating and scrubbing during urgent, emergent, and STAT C-sections. The RN will provide patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with families, following ANA Standards, including assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Rhode Island
Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
Experience circulating and scrubbing for urgent, emergent, and STAT C-sections
LDR RN experience
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
