Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technician license in New York
Radiology Technician experience within the last year
1 year of Radiology Technician experience
ARRT
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Onboarding / Pre-Start Requirements

MMR proof of vaccines or titers
Hepatitis B proof of vaccines or declination
Influenza vaccine or declination during October 1–March 31
TB test within the past 12 months before start date
Varicella proof of vaccines or titers
Annual TB questionnaire within the past 12 months
Physical and vision exam within the past 12 months before start date, including systems check, and required annually
12-panel drug screen with no THC within the past 12 months before start date
Criminal background check within 12 months before start date
National sex offender registry check within 30 days before start
State sex offender registry check within 30 days before start
Webchecks within 30 days before start
