Location: Elmira, New York
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Contract length: 13 weeks
Employment type: LTA

Schedule

Every other weekend
Every other holiday
May be floated first if needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Med Surg (3 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

Valid government-issued photo ID
Background check
Drug screen
TB testing
Physical/health statement within the past 12 months
MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, and COVID-19 vaccine documentation or applicable declinations
Fit test completed before start
Color headshot
Employment verification
Education verification may be required
Signed job description and other onboarding forms
