Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician
Location: Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Perform Interventional Radiology (IR), Musculoskeletal (MSK), and Interventional (IN) cases.
- Flexible shifts available: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday shifts.
- Shift lengths vary between 8 and 10 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Recent experience performing Interventional Radiology Technologist duties within the last year.
- Ability to perform Interventional (IN) cases.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity preferred but not required.
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years preferred.
- Documentation of chest x-ray if positive TB test.

Brigham and Women’s Faulkner hospital is wonderful place to work! The unit is brand new, and the team truly works together and supports one another! and I really appreciate the smooth workflow within the unit.
Cons
The work schedule is great—I really appreciate the flexibility and the variety of shift options available, especially for nurses. Housing can be expensive and sometimes difficult to find. Traffic and commuting can also be hectic at times.
