Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM, Monday 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Job Summary

Seeking a CT Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging services. This role requires appropriate licensure and certifications, with shared housing provided at no cost.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year

Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• Monday: 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM

Contract Length

• Approximately 13 weeks

Housing

• Shared housing provided at no cost for the duration of the assignment

Required Onboarding Documentation and Compliance

• Professional resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two professional references within the last 4 years (minimum one supervisor-level)
• Completion of skills checklist within 1 year
• Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance and for any start date changes
• Criminal background check (including Massachusetts CORI), SSN trace, national sex offender check, and exclusion checks (updated as required)
• Education verification of highest degree or certification
• License/certification primary source verification within 30 days of start date (MA Conditional Licenses not accepted)
• Fit testing for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually (no exemptions allowed)
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required
• Color vision test within 365 days of start
• FEMA ICS 100 training completion (mandatory, no exceptions)
• Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if break >6 months
• MMR vaccination or immunity proof
• Optional but strongly preferred: Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof
• Optional: Tdap vaccination within 10 years
• If positive TB test, documentation of negative chest x-ray required

Additional Notes

• Must comply with all credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to start
• No onsite fit testing available; must be completed prior to assignment
• Housing agreement form required if staying in provided housing, with updates if break in assignment exceeds 35 days
