Job Opportunity: Radiation Therapist

Location: Boise, Idaho
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Variable day shifts
  • Experience with Epic, Aria Access, Shared Drives
  • Required certifications: BLS, AART RT(T)

Required Credentials & Onboarding Requirements

Certifications & Licenses

  • BLS (Basic Life Support): American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel. Must provide front and back images of the card.
  • License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start. Online verification with machine-generated date required.

Health & Safety

  • Fit Test
  • 10 Panel Drug Screen: Completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days). Must include specific substances; no THC allowed.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of booster by Sept 2025, or declination/exemption with agency letterhead (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
  • Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccine, declination, or exemption for current flu season (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
  • MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report.
  • Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start; titers not accepted.
  • Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report.
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): TB testing required; positive TB requires chest x-ray per regional guidelines.
  • Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work.
  • Trinity Color Vision

Professional & Compliance

  • Trinity Code of Conduct Form
  • Confidentiality & System Security Agreement
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form
  • Motor Vehicle Report (MVR): Dated within 30 days of start, showing valid license.
  • Criminal Background Check: Federal, nationwide, county checks for last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
  • Education Verification: Highest academic degree or diploma verified by third party.
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) Check: Dated within 30 days.
  • GSA/OIG Exclusion Check: Dated within 30 days.
  • Joint Commission CORE Exam: Within last year.
  • NSO (National Sex Offender) Check: Dated within 30 days, including all aliases.
  • System Access Form: Must be completed and uploaded one week before start.
  • Skills Checklist: Provided by agency for clinical contractors.

This position requires thorough credentialing and compliance documentation prior to onboarding.
