Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio.
- Stepdown experience within the last year.
- 1 year of Stepdown experience.
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS issued by the American Heart Association.
- NIHSS.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Driver's License.
Onboarding / Compliance
- Submission packet must include resume, job application, and prior employment form.
- Badge photo required.
- Module completion certificate required before clearance.
- Competency exam required with a passing score of at least 80%.
- Core competencies required with a passing score of at least 80%.
- MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, Tdap, fit test, and TB screening are required for onboarding.
- COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not required.
- Influenza vaccine is required during flu season; declination or medical exemption forms are available if applicable.
