CVOR Surgical Technician

Overview

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts, weekend rotation, holiday rotation, on-call required

Required Qualifications

CVOR Technologist (3 years of experience)
CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

MMR proof of 2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer; cannot decline
Hepatitis B series of 3, positive titer, or declination accepted
Varicella proof of 2 vaccinations or positive IgG titer; cannot decline
TB test completed within the stated timing requirements
Physical/health statement from a physician within 12 months prior to start
Criminal background check
Drug screen
2 professional references from within the last 2 years, provided by a charge nurse or higher
Education verification

Skills checklist
I-9 E-Verify attestation
Internal competency checklist
Annual compliance training module
Fit test for direct patient care positions
