Overview

• Role: RN Interventional Radiology
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Employment type: LTA
• Shift: 07:30 - 18:00
• Contract length: 12 weeks

Assignment details

• Interventional Radiology department has two body IR rooms, two neuro IR rooms, one CT room, and one US interventional room.
• During the 40-hour week, the nurse will float among all procedure rooms.
• On-call required: 2 weekends (Fri-Sun) and 1 week night per month.

Required qualifications

• BLS
• ACLS
• Valid permanent RN license; temporary licenses are not accepted.
• Compact or Ohio State license accepted.
• Nursys and Primary Source Verification are required for the RN license.
• Proof of Flu Vaccine required from October-March.
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with negative results.

• Annual Negative PPD is optional if a 2-step PPD was not done within the past year.
• UHS Social Security Trace is optional if not run with the background check.
• UHS NSO is optional if not run with the background check.
