Schedule

• 5 shifts per week
• 8-hour rotating shifts: 7:00–15:30, 9:00–17:30, or 11:00–19:30
• Call required

• Must be able to work all service lines

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year
• 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience
• Driver's License

• 2 professional references from the last 2 years

• Employment history form confirming previous employment at University Hospitals

Onboarding Requirements

• 2-step TB test or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot) with negative reads within the last 6 months
• Influenza vaccine documentation required during flu season, or completion of the required declination or medical accommodation process
• Badge photo
• Criminal background check
• OIG search
• SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
• Drug screen
• Required safety and compliance training modules

Notes

• If the TB test is positive, a clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
• If the flu vaccine is declined, masking is required while working
• If a medical exemption is requested, a physician-signed letter on medical office letterhead is required
