Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Location: Beachwood, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Schedule Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday required; blocked schedules cannot be accommodated.

Job Description

Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department.
Must have at least 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Experience working with pediatric patients.

Additional Notes

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
Temporary licenses are not accepted; permanent RN license required.
Attestations are generally not accepted except where specifically allowed (e.g., fingerprinting pending results).
This is a long-term assignment with a contract length of approximately 13 weeks.
